    Does it count for tsql if we have "maps" exposed via extended events? :Whistling:

    I think that extended events are meant for troubleshooting and they are good for just that.  Perhaps they could be used to emulate SQL.MAP but I do not like fighting my tools.

    It was a bit tongue in cheek. The XE map is an array of values just like the SQL.MAP but XE is really for other uses.
