The Snapshot folder is available and there is some data. I have marked the snapshot for reinitialization and wondering when will this snapshot be ready for synchronization...

Your question is too specific. Please write some details about your problem to understand and give right answer.

In the synchronization status, the message is 'The initial snapshot for publication 'PUBNAME' is not yet available.'
How do I fix this for replication to synchronise.

from the replication monitor, your desired publication, see there are three tabs on right side, click on "Warnings and Agents" Table.
Under the "Agents and Jobs relarted to this publication" , select "Snapshot Agent" Job and right click then click Start Agent. If it does not start then see its reason from SQL management Studio under SQL Server Agent tree then Jobs, find you publication job name and see its history in detail about the specific error detail. It might be the owner of the db that need access to run job. Hope this will help figureout the cause. then fix it.

IS there any way that without restarting rep agent we can start the replication.suppose in case if publication involves article of big size and i am sure that no data is change in primary and secondary table. means a way to force the current snapshot to validate...and start the repl from this point onwards
