I'm probably overthinking this question a little bit but I selected "Visual Studio, VS Code, & Azure Data Studio" because the Package Manager Console in Visual Studio is a PowerShell terminal capable of running NuGet scripts and basic cmdlets from the Microsoft.PowerShell.Management module out of the box.

I guess VS might qualify, but that's really more of of project specific item, not a terminal that's there. I'll see if I can alter the question to note this.
