TFS using Git - Merge changes for SSIS packages not being shown

  • I am trying to identify conflicts between the SSIS packages which are 2 diferent branches of TFS using
    git.

When i try to identify the differences between the packages in the branches , i get the following
    error mesage

Merge branches --> Cannot switch to ChrisDev because there are uncommitted changes.
Commit or undo your changes before you switch branche. See the Output window for
    details.

Output window just shows list of packages which couldnt be commmitted but
did not show the actual differences between packages in the different branches

How can i visually identify differences between pacakages in different branches?

Take a look here for a way to do it in code.
