We are having some performance issues with SSRS 2012. Our network monitoring group ran some tests and they came back with the following:
1. Observed TCP Windows full from the Reporting Server which may indicate the TCP buffer is too small or full. TCP Windows Update packet is sent immediately after the Zero Windows therefore, this doesn’t appear to be causing a significant delay.
2. Observed TCP ZeroWindow which may indicate the desktop is not able to receive any further data from the server due to the TCP buffer being full.
Could you help me if its possible to increase the TCP window size. We are running Windows Server 2012 R2 with enterprise sql 2012 reporting server.
Is this a configuration change in SSRS or at the OS level?
Thanks
