How i can check which process was run that Sql memory suddenly increased.

SQL Server will use all memory that is available - up to the configured max memory for the instance. Is there some issue with SQL Server using this memory?

You can't determine this. When someone runs a query that requires more buffer pool (or one of the other memory spots), if SQL Server is not at the max, it will request more memory from the OS and use it. The memory will be dedicated to data, hence all connections can use this as a cache.
