  I have a stored procedure I am using in my SSRS report.  The SP returns about 800 records.  However, my SSRS report only displays 23 records and I cannot figure out why.

  Things I have tried:

  • Refreshed the report
  • Cleared the data cache (*.rdl.data file)
  • Went into Dataset Properties then Query Designer and ran the SP there, and got 800 records, but still only 23 show
  • Checked any grouping I might have and can't find any grouping

  What am I missing that is causing this?  Any help would be appreciated.

  Probably there is a filter active on tablix, dataset, ... Do you have the same problem in a blank report with just the sp?
