SSRS reports intermittently fail to run

  Server: Win 2008 R2

  SSRS Version: 2009.0100.4290.00 ((KJ_SP2_QFE-CU).130805-1229 )

  I am new to SSRS so any help would be appreciated.

  We have two subscriptions on the SSRS server. Both run very fast when they run. They are scheduled to run at 4AM and 4:05 AM each morning. They both are generated as Excel files. The issue is that quite frequently either one or both do not generate.

  When they fail, there is no indication of them ever running in the SSRS logs. No error, nothing. However, in the SQL job history, they show that they completed successfully.

  When checking the subscriptions in the database, it returns this:

  LastStatus LastRun

  The delivery extension for this subscription could not be loaded. 2015-06-15 04:00:03.397

  Pending 2015-06-15 04:05:05.830

  Again, neither job in SQLServer show the job is still running, both jobs show status of Successful.

  There is one other subscription on this server which is output as Text which never fails.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
