    I have an SSRS report where I am color coding each cell based some conditions.(Red or Green)

    Is it possible to send all the cells which have failed some condition and were color coded as red as part of a HTML table in an email subscription using SSRS ?

    Create a parameter in your report, and create filter on your results based on that. Then set the parameter to the value you need for that subscription so that you get only the filtered results.
