Hi all,
Having trouble finding anything specifically on this issue. Previously I have always had the email and file share option when creating subscriptions. For some reason this install doesn't have the option for file share I have run through various prerequisite articles.
I have checked the RsReportServer.config and it matches the default one I found in Microsoft documentation around the delivery options.
In the Reporting Services Configuration Manager I have entered a file share account (windows admin account for now to get it working will change later).
I have attached a screenshot to help and the delivery section from the RSConfig file (I removed the email address at the From Tag).
I don't think this effects it appearing but I have also made sure the agent service is running and that there is a file share location is set to share.
If there is any other information that's relevant please let me know.

Turns out someone had previously been fiddling with the Rsreportserver.config and a rogue line was breaking it.
All solved now - thanks.
