I read the article https://www.mssqltips.com/sqlservertip/4483/customize-sql-server-reporting-services-reports-manager-portal/
for SSRS 2016 brand, I think which is a good feature.
But I could not find the Brand on the setting menu. It is missing.
I am at SQL 2016 SSRS cumulative update which is the newest version. And also I am at Standard edition.
Thanks,

What's your question?
My menu has a 'Branding' entry, but I do not see 'Brand' either.

Sorry, I cannot see Branding on the menu.
All I have on site setting is General, schedules, security.

Try navigating to the URL directly and see what happens. It should end in
Reports/manage/site/branding

Yes, by directly entering the URL you told me I can see, there is a download and remove, and upload brand package there.
But it is still not on the left hand menu. Is there a reason?
Thanks

There's always a reason; I just don't know what it is.

I found the reason.
The custom branding is not supported in standard edition, only supported in Enterprise.

Aha, that explains it. I was looking on Developer edition, so did not have the restriction.
