SSRS 2008 via Citrix Error

  • I'm trying to deliver some SSRS 2008 reports to users on a Citrix XenApp 5.0/Windows 2003 Terminal Services farm. I'm sure the first thought is "why are hitting an SSRS report in a terminal instance?". Well we actually have a terminal services app that links to the reports. So when IE opens its in the terminal services context.

The report generates properly on the screen, but when the user tries to print the report, they are prompted to install the SSRS 2008 Report Viewer Active X control. This appears to succeed, but when they print, they get an error message stating: "Error Loading Resource Library (0x8007007E)"

These users are Power Users on the Terminal Server, but not Administrators. Administrators do not have any problem. Users are using IE 7.0. We are also using Screwdrivers v4, but I'm not sure that is contributing to the problem.

I'm not sure which direction to go with this so any advice is greatly appreciated.
