Hey...I know how to add expressions....but did not understand your iff condition!!
No offense but we all levels here ;-).
The first exemple I did was for sql server side. I don't have the exact dateadd syntaxe for SSRS right now but I'm sure F1 will giv eyou that in no time.
Basically validate that the date range of the column is >= start and <= end, yes = your value, no = 0)
