Would it be too difficult for you to create a report that will NOT return any data and test what the report will show or do? And then ask you question?

The report that would display no data is an error report. I am expecting most of the time that no data would be in the report. Thus, I expect the report to have no data.
Thus how can I display a message stating 'No errors' are located?

For SSRS 2005, you will need to add your message to the "NoRows" property of the table or matrix.
