SSMS intellisense "IS" keyword

    You're just scratching the surface of the intellisense problems. I've found it so frustrating because it's auto complete has made so many mistakes that I've turned it off.

    I've played around with it further and noticed that sometimes it goes through correctly but other times it doesn't. One specific time it fails is while writing WHEN clauses as part of a CASE statement. Glad I'm not the only one who's frustrated.

    Yes Intellisense can be a pain at times.
