SSMA 8.6 Unable to find functions in extended stored procedures

I have an instance of SQL Server 2017 (Developer) installed with SSMA for Oracle Extension Pack 8.6.

Whenever I try to execute one of the three extended stored procedures from the Master db, I see the same error: "Could not find the function xp_ora2ms_versioninfo2 in the library Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle Extension Pack\bin\ext\x64\SSMA4OracleSQLServerExtensions.dll. Reason: 127(The specified procedure could not be found.)."

On the same machine, I have an instance of SQL Server 2016 (Developer) installed with SSMA for Oracle Extension Pack 5.2. On this instance, I can execute the extended stored procedures with no problems.

I've tried setting CLR Strict Security is off, my database is trustworthy, etc.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled SSMA 8.6 Ext Pack several times and ensured the environment variable "SSMA_O2SS_EP_HOME" is correct.

I've manually set the path to the DLL so that it matches the environment variable, but that just changes the error to: "Could not find the function xp_ora2ms_versioninfo2 in the library C:\Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant for Oracle Extension Pack 8\bin\ext\x64\SSMA4OracleSQLServerExtensions.dll. Reason: 127(The specified procedure could not be found.)."

Grateful for any thoughts from anyone at this stage!
