I'm trying to add our SSISDB to our AlwaysOn secondary replica. I am able to synchronize the SSISDB database successfully from the primary to the secondary. The SSISDB shows up on the secondary as being Synchronized. However, when i go to right click on the primary's Integration Services Catalogs & Enable Support For AlwaysOn-- I have no options to connect for my secondary. Am I missing something? Please see attached screenshot. I am following these instructions: Enabling AlwaysOn for SSISDB (FYI- I'm using version MS SQL Server 2016 Enterprise SP1-CU10-GDR). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your not missing anything, it's the documentation where things are missing. And it seems to bite most people so you aren't alone. It's an issue with the encyrption key for SSISDB.
There was a discussion about that up here in this thread:
Always on and SSISDB
And the whole mess like you have is discussed in the comments section on one of the MS blogs - but read the comments:
SSIS with AlwaysOn
