Thanks again for your help, but i cant get your script to work on my single resume input file.

How did you test it ?

Ted,

Your solution works great if a resume has only one or two emails.

If it has > 2 emails it fails with a

" The value is too large to fit in the column data area of the buffer"

Is there a value set somewhere in your script for email count ?
