I try to explain the best possible our problem, we can't connect to SSIS wiht managment studio, local or remote, we have given access to the Distributed COM User group, in Component Services we gave the appropriate permissions to the users, when we want to see the packages on the chapter MSDB it show us the follow message
"Filed to retrieve data for this request. (Microsoft.SqlServer.SmoEnum)
Communication link failure
TCP Provider: The specified Network name is no longer available. (Microsoft SQL Native Client)
Our Server has SQL 2005 (9.0.4035) and Windows 2003 R2 Standar x64 SP2
please help us to resolve our problem.

Are the packages stored in MSDB?
You are trying to view these packages direct from SSMS correct?

is correct, the packages are in msdb DB
