SSIS Package Runs in MSDB but fails in SQL Server Agent Job

  Hi All,

  I am running SQL 2008 R2 and seem to have a strange issue.

  Created a simple FTP SSIS task which runs fine in BIDS and MSDB but fails when scheduled in SQL Server Agent with the following error message:

  The job failed. The Job was invoked by User ServerName\Paul. The last step to run was step 1 (FTP_PackageName).

  I have no issues running other packages created earlier and scheduled in SQL Server Agent...but couple of recently created FTP packages are giving this strange issue with no clear error message.

  Need help!

  Check the job history to see the exact reason for job failure.

  I guess there is some permission related issue.

  I'm having a similar problem.

  I'm getting this error: "An error occurred in the requested FTP operation, Description: Unable to send files using "FTP Connection Manager"".

  The package is running in BIDS and msdb, but fails when is run by SQL Server Agent job.

  Pleases help!
