SSIS Package Failing because of Memmory issue

  m running a SSIS package in BIDS on dedicated Windows 32 bit Server with 8 GB RAM.

  its giving following error i tried with diff settings Buffer rows ,Buffer size But no use stugling from last 3 days pls help me.

  error msg is as below
