Hi................
this is raaj i have a problem with excel sheet data loading into the sqlserver database by using transformation i set all connection string and other requirements but it shows the error message while running the package
that it shows data validation error like not compatible with strings and numeric data types....
and it shows that it is ascii code some thing like that...why it is happend...?

You're probably running into the usual problem with mixed data types in Excel columns. Search online for "IMEX" and Excel, and you'll find the solutions to that.
