It happens to me too. Regularly. Every day.
I'm working alone on the machine. I'm pretty sure that the SSDT and SQL code are the same (when i start with my change). SSDT compare and update says Update successful. Doing again Compare it states that there are differences detected. Update again it runs successful or unsuccessful.
It happens too often now and I want to know more about it...
