SSDT 2017 version 15.9.50 - C# 2012

  I have SSDT 2017 version 15.9.50 and the Script component only shows C# 2012, how can I get c# 2015 ?  Or do I need to install a higher version of SSDT ? like SSDT 2019?

  Select the project properties - change the target server version to the instance of SQL Server you are going to deploy this package.
