Not strictly true - it does process, it just doesn't have anything to calculate the aggregations with. If CALCULATE has been replaced with something else, removing CALCULATE doesn't have an effect so its a bit ambiguous. I just tried it to see. All of my dimensions were still intact and the cube "processed" without any problems from BIDS - there just weren't any aggregations on the measures (so the cube is a bit useless but it didn't report any errors). Had I got some other aggregate expressions in place, deleting CALCULATE may have had no effect...

I saw it yesterday, left it in a browser, and then didn't get to it until today 🙁
Definitely busy, and perhaps not necessarily managing my time great, but trying.
