Hi,
I would like to pull all the cubes and tabular models created on SQL Server and their detials like created date, created by, modified date, modified by ....etc.
How can I pull this information?

You have to issue Analysis Services queries - MDX based. Have a google.
A really high level one is usually based from $SYSTEM.MDSCHEMA_CUBES
