SQLSERVR.EXE issues

    What would cause my SQL 2000 to start 2 SQLSERVR.EXE services?

    This is causing servere performance issues and I have to reboot the server often because its using over 500k of mem for just one of them. I have 3GB RAM on Win 2003 server.

    No, Basic install running one DB
