  • Years ago while in the USAF as a computer operator I had the best supervisor and trainer possible when I got to my first duty station after tech school. He refused to answer my questions directly at first. All he would do is pull out the approriate documentation and tell me to read. While reading he was willing to answer questions where things weren't clear. I a few short months, I was one of the top operators in the shop. I wasn't spoon fed anything, I was taught how to learn things I needed know without always having to ask someone else. I learned to research, and ask questions where that research wasn't clear.

Learn to learn, ask questions where topics are still uncertain.

i have what i do .i donot liku ur suggestions.better u go schhol.donot wast my time and ur time.who knows that persion will tell.

Been there done that. I have both a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree.

The only real time you're wasting is yours. You're wasting time waiting for answers we keep telling you that you need to find on your own.

  • hello who are man why u give suggestin to me.am i asking question to u.why u react. u go schoo better.

  • You know the one phrase I will always remember from my father is "Do you know where your best helping hand is located? At the end of your arm."

Nobody here has said we are not willing to help. We are all willing to help. In fact, we do that almost everyday in the forums. We help people for free...that's right we are all volunteers. We help people because we enjoy it, it is rewarding and it helps us to understand the topics more deeply ourselves. However in any learning experience there are two people involved, the teacher and the student. There is two way effort between the teacher and the student. The teacher helps guide the student to the answer through discovery and examples.

Remember the old saying, "Give a man a fish you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"? We like to teach people to fish. You are coming in asking for a free fish handout. This is not a fish and chips stand, it is a tutorial for the fishing boat.

...as [Your name here] goes over the bridge again he hears something faint...

[Your name here] is pretty certain there is some heavy breathing sounds from under the bridge. Conjuring up the last of his/her patience and every ounce of courage he/she leans over and peers into the darkness. Staring back in his/her face is a large gray face with two orange glowing embers. Upon close examination these embers appear to eyes...troll eyes to be precise. Suddenly the smoke starts pouring out of the nostrils of the troll when it is realized he has been discovered. Thanks to his/her quick wit [Your name here] is able to scramble safely away from the abyss. Back on stable ground once again he motors off in search of other threads.

  • To restate what the others have said:

These questions are typical interview questions.

These questions are also typical homework questions.

These questions can be easily found in BOL and google.

We don't typically answer these types of questions unless the OP has shown some effort in answering the questions him/herself.

The reason for that is that you need to demonstrate that it is truly important to you. You need to demonstrate some effort.

Would you like to help somebody else cheat to get a job you were trying to get? Or would you like to help somebody cheat in a competitive university class that only gives out one "A" and short yourself of getting the better grade?

Learn the material - and ask specific questions on topics you don't clearly understand.
