SqlServer 2008 installation error

  Hi all, I have installed Sql Server 2008 on my windows XP. now unistall it and I try to reinstall Sql Server full.

  But it gives me an error like below.

  unable to get installer types

  C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Binn\Microsoft.SqlServer.Manageme nt.PSSnapins.dll

  following this error it gives

  Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.BatchParser, Version=10.0.0.0

  please help. thanks..
