sqldumper.exe running constantly with constant 13% CPU utilization

On one of my server the process "sqldumper.exe" is running constantly with a constant CPU usage of 13%. Mem usage is 736K
However dump files are not created costantly though.
From whatever I read and understood from some MS stuff, this should be running for a brief period of time, when "a computer that is running SQL Server 2005 is not responding to user requests"
I tried to stop the process but was unable to do so.
The server is a web hosting server and connects to DB on another server.
My concern is about the 13% CPU utilization on a critical production.
What does this indicate ? What might be causing this ?

I will reboot the server and see if anything changes ...

Well, the reboot did remove the stuck sqldumper.exe process.
However I have seen this happening a couple of times. If anyone has seen this before, kindly let know if it has some other implications than just another "Windows" surprise

I was hesitating to reopen this topic ... but the issue has cropped up again and I have no leads to resolve this ...
The process has started taking up 12-13 % of CPU constantly and is not creating any dump file
To add ... after looking back into the event viewer, I found that on this system Virtual Memory Low error was logged ...
I am not sure if this has anything to do with it ...
I guess this mempry issue might have initiated the sqldumper.exe to run ... but then why is it still running ??
Reboot of server removes the process (obviously)
