SQL WID processor issue

  Hi,

  We having an issue with mssql$microsoft##wid that consuming high cpu and memory. this server is a physical server and we have SQL 2014 and also is our RDS license server. in the process manager we can see 2 instances of SQL server, one is our SQL server and second one is the Windows internal Database. the second SQL instance using alot of processor and I have no idea why this instance of SQL that just must work with WID using this much CPU.

  I did connect to the second sql instance and I can see there is only one database that called RDCms.

  Any idea why this sql instance using too much processor?
