One of our SQL server has not been started after windows patch updation.
OS: Windows 2008 Server
SQL : Sql server 2008 R2.
While i tried to restart the service in services.msc, it throw below error.
"Windows couldnot start the SQL server (MSSQLSERVER) on local computer"
"Error 1067 : The processs terminated unexpectedly".
I have done the following option but i got the same error.
a) verified all the Server property files exists on same location
b) Uninstalled last upated patches.
c) Repaired dot.net frame work 3.5 Sp1.
d) Tried to chagne SQL service account. (But it throw WMI unexpected error).
Could you please suggest to fix this.
