  SQL Server stops working by it self & it happened 3 times in this week.

  Asfter looking into the sql logs i am seeing this error message "SQL Server

  could not spawn process_loginread thread". This server is SQL SERVER 2000

  with SP-4 & OS Win 2003 SP1 & as 3.75GB MEMORY.This Server is also LINKED SERVER with 2 other server.as it is on the latest Service Packs & as enough memory, so i don't where the problem is, any help will be highly appreciated.

  I queried MS Knowledge Base for the message and got 11 articles.  Maybe one of them fits your situation.
