  what do you mean by "after power cut.". is it connected to proper backup supplies?.

  what is the sql error log and windows logs says, post that as well.

  1)windows event viewer

  2)check the C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\summary.txt file for more infomation

  3)Windows application viewer
