I am having an issue with the Management Studio (2005). When I click for example create new database, a window opens but I cannot see it inside the application. On the Windows 7 toolbar, I can see that it exists but unable to pull it in for foreground to work on the window. I uninstalled and reinstalled but am having the same issue. Any suggestions.

Sounds like you may have had multiple monitors at one time and this secondary window focus is being set to another "monitor." Try setting the focus on the new window and then use the keyboard shortcuts to move the window until it is in focus.

I am currently using two monitors. I can alt-tab through and still not pull it up.

It was something wrong with the screens. I had to mess with them to get them back correctly.
