SQL Server Manager keep missing Services after being added

  I have installed SQL Server 2022 and noticed that SQL Server manager is missing services and can only see Integration services.

  From the server that is showing the services I collected\copied using the command sc sdshow MSSQLServer to the one that was missing using sc sdset MSSQLServer......, once I do that all the services show in SSCM, but once I sign out of the server, I do not see it again, does this need to be executed by someone who has domain rights?
