How we can copy maintenance plan from one sql server instance to another one?

I would not suggest doing it, I may be wrong but I don't see any way of simply copying a maintenance plan...even if you could you look at challenges around your server names, directory names, drives, database names.
Look at the SSIS alternative, and don't use servernames, rather "." or localhost, and then again you'll have to use the same settings across the board for all servers, should you not wish to, you'd have to modify each afterward.
