I'm installing Sql Server 2000 EE on a new server. So far I have the server software installed, service pack 3a and q826161. Are there anyother patches I should install?

You can download Microsoft Baseline Security Analyser. This will scan your system and notify you of any missing patches and possible security holes.

If you plan to use PAE there is an important o/s fix you should apply.
