  Hi Guys,

  I have virtualbox installed on my notebook.

  For testing purpose, is it possible to setup SQL Server Fail-Over cluster using virtual box?

  I don't have a shared storage. How can I simulate that?

  Anyone have step by step guide in doing that?

  Yes it is possible, I use VirtualBox myself on my laptop for this.

  I have a guide starting here[/url] which gives the general process. The sql server 2012 install is not that much different from 2008

  You can use either Windows 2008 storage server or Starwinds iSCSI SAN
