  I requested a Domain Account 'SQLServerAgent' to be used by several of my Database Servers.

  I added this Login to sysadmin role and as a Administrator on this Development Box.

  When I launch SSMS I get the error list in the subject line.

  If I attempt to open up an SSIS Solution I get 'Configuration System Failed to Initialize".

  If I start BIDS as an Administrator I do not get the error.

  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
