Hello,
I configured the DB Mail Feature of my SQL Server 2005 and created a valid profile, but on my Windows 7 OS it queues but the mail does not go out. Also, I configured the same profile on windows XP and it works.
Can anyone help me?

Is a anti-virus application blocking the mail?
What if you temporarily(!) turn off the firewall?

What is the message stated in the [sysmail_event_log].[description] column if you execute the query below?
SELECT *
FROM msdb.dbo.sysmail_allitems
LEFT OUTER JOIN msdb.dbo.sysmail_event_log
ON sysmail_allitems.mailitem_id = sysmail_event_log.mailitem_id
ORDER BY
send_request_date desc

The description is NULL

Considering sysmail_event_log
the description is as follows
DatabaseMail process is started

It looks like your configuration of Database Mail isn't correct. Run sp_configure to see if DatabaseMail XPs are enabled and then delete and reconfigure your mail profile and account settings (see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh245116.aspx).
