  Hello,

  I wanted to ask if anyone knows if Microsoft is moving forward with supporting Availability Groups (type=EXTERNAL) on Kubernetes clusters?  I have found some information on the topic but it seems all "preview" and I can't find anything proving either way if this functionality is coming/deferred/abandoned/etc...

  Any insight is greatly appreciated!
