Is there anyway to to trace DDL database activities, i.e Table Creation, Table Drops ?
Sql Server Log doesn't output any successful activities, is my understanding correct?

Yes, under the Events tab in Profiler, select the Objects event class and add all or the appropriate ones for your monitoring.
