Can I install Sql Server Express 2008 R2 on MAC OS? Is there any problem? I dont know which other programs I have to download to setup it completely

No. SQL works on Windows only. If you want to use SQLon a mac, you need some dual boot or virtualisation that lets you run the windows operating system.

Not an emulator. A virtual machine or similar. There are several for the MacOS, just search around.
