  hi there,

  Is there any mechanism that I can encrypt data coulumn in my database tabale using sql server 2000.

  Please relpy if anybody aware.

  There are some third party product, Protegrity, Netlib, application secrurity, etc. Use the site search as we have a few reviews posted.

  Be careful when you do this and think long and hard about key management.
