    Given your lack of knowledge and experience on SQL Server, if you want this process to run efficiently you will need to get some mentoring on board to help you out. You can hunt and peck on the forum for days and not get anywhere near a good solution to your problem.

    Thanks for the advice Kevin.

    I'm spending a lot of time reading around the subject to develop my understanding. I've built a test database too which has proved to be useful.
