Hi, I have SQL server enterprise manager on my laptop, which I use with interdev to connect to our development server. What I want to do is have an offline interdev asp project that links in with a database on my PC - This needs to be compatible with SQL 2000 - ie, I want to be able to work completely off line - can anyone help with this??
thanks

You can install either SQL 2K MSDE, Personal Edition, or Developer Edition (only available with MSDN) to get a SQL 2K database engine on your laptop.

I run .net and SQL Server 7 on my laptop, with backups from our dev site restored weekly. Not at all complicated in setting up.
