I have SQL server installed on windows 2000 server on NT Domain. It was running under administrator account before and sql mail use to work fine with exchange 5.5.
Now the sql server is on 2003 domain with exchange 2003. I have created dedicated service account for sql server agent and sql server services. I logged in as administrator and installed outlook 2000 with sql server agent account mail box (administrator has full rights to this mail box). Mail works fine from outlook.
when I test it from sql mail from sql enterprise manage it comes up with error
[Error 18025: xp_test_mapi_profile :failed with mail error 0x80040111.]
how can I fix this.

You need to log on as the SQL service account and create a Outlook mail profile. Mail profiles are personal to the account that created them, so the profile you created with the administrator account can only be used by the administrator. SQL needs its own profile.
