Hi All,
I am working as a Application support member in one of IT company which holds SQL server Management server studio 2005 in it. i could see lots of jobs are taking more time to execute than expected. Can anyone please help me to fix this issues.

Hi, welcome to SSC
Your post is a little vague and we will need a lot more detail than that, there could be 1million and 1 things that need looking at.
Take a look in my signature for the link to the accidental DBA guide, and have a good read, put some index, statistic maintenance routines in place Ola's scripts (again referenced in my signature) are a good one stop place to get this kind of script if your not comfortable doing the task yourself.
Other than that, can you detail what is taking so long to work, provide steps, T-SQL, DDL, data where needed as detailed in the second link in my signature block and also read up on the how to post performance problems as well.
