I suggest buying a training kit from MS press, such as this one:

Brain dumps are a dumb way to approach the exam, as they lead to permanent ban from the certification program.
From: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-prep.aspx#tab4
As explained to all exam candidates at the testing centers, if a candidate violates any testing rule, exam policy, or term within the exam agreement (NDA), or engages in any misconduct that diminishes the security and integrity of the Microsoft Certification Program in any way, the candidate may be permanently prohibited from taking any future Microsoft Certification exams. In addition, the candidate may be decertified from the Microsoft Certification Program, and test scores and certifications may be revoked....
A "brain dump," as it relates to the certification exams, refers to the actual IT certification exam content that has frequently been fraudulently obtained by companies in order to copy, share, and sell to exam candidates. This type of unauthorized study material is usually exact or substantially similar exam content, and therefore using this type of material constitutes cheating. "Brain dump" providers are in violation of Microsoft intellectual property rights and non-disclosure agreements.

If you're asking for dumps, do note that use of such is cheating. Dumps are actual questions taken from the exams in violation of the NDA. Using or distributing dumps can result in your certifications being revoked and even being blacklisted and prevented from ever writing such exams again.
There's information on study material on the MS site: http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exam.aspx?ID=70-432&locale=en-us#tab3
